目的：观察盐酸胺碘酮联合复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病并快速型心律失常的疗效及安全性。方法124例冠心病并快速型心律失常患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组62例采用口服盐酸胺碘酮进行治疗；治疗组62例采用口服盐酸胺碘酮加用复方丹参滴丸进行治疗，疗程均为8周。治疗前后对两组患者做心电图及24 h动态心电图检查，比较治疗前后两组患者的心电图、临床疗效及24 h动态心电图结果。结果对照组与治疗组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗后室性早搏数、房性早搏数、交界性早搏数方面均显著少于治疗前，治疗组效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后治疗组24 h动态心电图检查恶性心律失常和短阵室性心动过速均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸胺碘酮联合复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病并快速型心律失常临床疗效好，具有临床推广应用意义。

목적：관찰염산알전동연합복방단삼적환치료관심병병쾌속형심률실상적료효급안전성。방법124례관심병병쾌속형심률실상환자，수궤분위치료조화대조조。대조조62례채용구복염산알전동진행치료；치료조62례채용구복염산알전동가용복방단삼적환진행치료，료정균위8주。치료전후대량조환자주심전도급24 h동태심전도검사，비교치료전후량조환자적심전도、림상료효급24 h동태심전도결과。결과대조조여치료조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；량조치료후실성조박수、방성조박수、교계성조박수방면균현저소우치료전，치료조효과명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；치료후치료조24 h동태심전도검사악성심률실상화단진실성심동과속균소우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론염산알전동연합복방단삼적환치료관심병병쾌속형심률실상림상료효호，구유림상추엄응용의의。
Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of amiodarone hydrochloride combined with compound Danshen dripping pill in the treatment of coronary heart disease with rapid arrhythmia.Methods A total of 124 patients with coronary heart disease with rapid arrhythmia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group with 62 cases received oral administration of amiodarone hydrochloride. The treatment group with 62 cases received amiodarone hydrochloride combined with compound Danshen dripping pill through oral administration. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. Results of electrocardiogram and 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram were made before and after treatment for the two groups, and the results were compared. Results There was statistically significant difference of total effective rates between treatment group and control group (P<0.05). Both groups had less ventricular premature beat, atrial premature beat, and junctional premature beat after treatment than before treatment, and the treatment group had better effects than the control group. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the treatment group had less malignant arrhythmia and paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia in 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram examination than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of amiodarone hydrochloride and compound Danshen dripping pill has good clinical effect in treating coronary heart disease with rapid arrhythmia, and has value for clinical promotion and application.
