目的：探讨超声对鼻窦黏液囊肿的诊断价值。方法分析5例鼻窦黏液囊肿声像图特点，并结合其临床表现分析误诊原因。结果5例鼻窦黏液囊肿（4例筛窦囊肿，1例额窦囊肿）均有明显眼部症状，超声表现为眶内视神经鼻侧的囊状无回声或弱回声，囊内未见明显血流信号，部分周边可见少许血流信号。超声误诊2例，1例误诊为眼眶海绵状血管瘤，1例误诊为眼眶皮样囊肿。结论超声容易诊断眼眶囊性病变，但需注意其发生部位、内部回声及血流情况，并询问病史，考虑是否有鼻窦黏液囊肿的可能。
목적：탐토초성대비두점액낭종적진단개치。방법분석5례비두점액낭종성상도특점，병결합기림상표현분석오진원인。결과5례비두점액낭종（4례사두낭종，1례액두낭종）균유명현안부증상，초성표현위광내시신경비측적낭상무회성혹약회성，낭내미견명현혈류신호，부분주변가견소허혈류신호。초성오진2례，1례오진위안광해면상혈관류，1례오진위안광피양낭종。결론초성용역진단안광낭성병변，단수주의기발생부위、내부회성급혈류정황，병순문병사，고필시부유비두점액낭종적가능。
Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasonography in the diagnosis of nasal sinus mucoceles. Methods Ultrasonogrphic characteristics of 5 cases of nasal sinus mucoceles were retrospective analyzed and the reason of misdiagnosis were analyzed combined with the clinical manifestation. Results Five cases of nasal sinus mucoceles (4 cases of ethmoid sinus cyst, 1 case of frontal sinus cyst) all presented obvious eye symptoms, cystic non-echo or hypoecho on nasal side of intraorbital optic nerve was showed by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound. No obvious blood flow was found inside cyst, and a little blood flow signal could be found around part of cysts.Two cases were misdiagnosed by ultrasonography, 1 case was misdiagnosed as orbital cavernous hemangioma, the other one was misdiagnosed as orbital dermoid cyst. Conclusion It is easy for high frequency ultrasound to diagnose orbital cystic lesions, while it is necessary to pay attention to the location, internal echo and blood flow. In addition, medical history should be carefully taken and sinus mucoceles may be considered.
