目的：随着超声诊断医学的不断发展，超声诊断已成为临床检测颈动脉斑块必不可少的手段。近年来，传统的超声技术日趋成熟，新的超声技术不断涌现，它们在检测颈动脉斑块的位置、大小、成分及稳定性等方面各有优劣。现就超声各种诊断技术的应用与发展进行综述。
목적：수착초성진단의학적불단발전，초성진단이성위림상검측경동맥반괴필불가소적수단。근년래，전통적초성기술일추성숙，신적초성기술불단용현，타문재검측경동맥반괴적위치、대소、성분급은정성등방면각유우렬。현취초성각충진단기술적응용여발전진행종술。
With the continuous development of ultrasound diagnostics, ultrasound technique has become an essential tool in detecting carotid atherosclerotic plaques in clinical practice. The traditional ultrasound technique has become mature, while the new ultrasound techniques constantly emerge. Each of them has their own advantages and disadvantages for the determination of location, size, composition, stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaques. Here is to make a review on the applications and development of ultrasound techniques in detecting carotid atherosclerotic plaques.
