为研究建筑垃圾再生粗集料在沥青稳定碎石中的应用,借助扫描电子显微技术(SEM)观察再生粗集料的表面微观形态,发现其表面存在微裂缝及多处开口空隙。参照《公路工程集料试验规程》对再生粗集料的各项性能指标进行试验研究,并与天然集料进行对比,通过试验得出了再生粗集料具有表观密度小、吸水率高、压碎值高、针片状含量大、磨耗值大的特点,为其在沥青稳定碎石中的应用提供参考。
為研究建築垃圾再生粗集料在瀝青穩定碎石中的應用,藉助掃描電子顯微技術(SEM)觀察再生粗集料的錶麵微觀形態,髮現其錶麵存在微裂縫及多處開口空隙。參照《公路工程集料試驗規程》對再生粗集料的各項性能指標進行試驗研究,併與天然集料進行對比,通過試驗得齣瞭再生粗集料具有錶觀密度小、吸水率高、壓碎值高、針片狀含量大、磨耗值大的特點,為其在瀝青穩定碎石中的應用提供參攷。

In order to study the application of waste recycled coarse aggregate in asphalt-treated base which is known as ATB, the Scanning Electronic Microscopy, the SEM is used to observe the microscopic features of recycled coarse aggregate, and the distribution of micro-crack and opening voids are investigat?ed. According to Test Methods of Aggregate for Highway Engineering, many properties of recycled coarse aggregate are studied by tests and compared with natural aggregate. The features of recycled coarse aggre?gate are shown through tests such as low apparent density, high water absorption, high crushed index val?ue, high needles content and high weared stone value. The research results provide reference for the appli?cation of waste recycled coarse aggregate in ATB.
