目的：了解急性肾衰竭血液透析患者亲属的心理需求，为进一步开展护理干预提供依据。方法采用中文版的“急危重患者亲属需求量表”（CCFNI）对17例急性肾衰血液透析患者家属（33例）进行心理需求调查。结果患者亲属对急性肾衰竭血液透析患者病情保证领域的需求最强烈，得分（3．65±0．27）分，明显高于获得支持领域、获取信息领域、接近患者领域及亲属自身舒适领域得分[（3．28±0．25、3．17±0．43、2．78±0．65及2．53±0．42）分，均 P ＜0．01]；获得支持领域及获取信息领域得分明显高于接近患者领域及亲属自身舒适领域（均 P ＜0．01）。患者亲属认为比较重要或非常重要列第1位的条目为保证患者得到最佳的救治，得分（3．93±0．37）分，明显高于清楚患者目前接受的治疗、每天都能得到有关患者病情的消息、医护人员能如实回答我的问题及感受到医护人员对患者的关心的得分[（3．80±0．41、3．77±0．42、3．61±0．35及3．56±0．65）分，均 P ＜0．01]；清楚患者目前接受的治疗得分明显高于感受到医护人员对患者的关心（P ＜0．05）。结论护理人员应准确评估患者亲属的客观需求，并及时提供信息与支持，尽可能地满足患者亲属的需求，以帮助患者亲属应对危机。

ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the psychological demands of relatives of hematodialysis patients with acute renal failure,and to provide a basis for further development of nursing inter-vention.Methods The psychological demands were surveyed in 33 relatives of 17 hematodialysis patients with acute renal failure using Critical Care Family Needs Inventory.Results The score of assurance of patient’s condition was 3.65±0.27,significantly higher that of support acquisi-tion(3.28±0.25),information acquisition(3.17±0.43),access to patients(2.78±0.65)or self-comfort(2.53±0.42)(P <0.01).Furthermore,the score of support acquisition or information ac-quisition was significantly higher than that of access to patients or self-comfort(P <0.01).The score of item of most important thing considered by the relatives(assurance of patient’s cure)was 3.93±0.37,significantly higher than that of understanding of current treatment(3.80±0.41), daily acquisition of patient’s information(3.77 ±0.42),truthful answers of medical workers to questions(3.61±0.35),or feeling of concern of medical workers for patients(3.56±0.65)(P <0.01).Moreover,the score of understanding of current treatment was significantly higher than that of feeling of concern of medical workers for patients(P <0.05).Conclusion Nursing work-ers should accurately assess the objective requirements of patients’relatives and timely provide information and support to meet the demands of patient’s relatives and to help patient’s relatives to cope with crisis.
