目的：探讨化学发光酶免疫分析（CLEIA）与电化学发光免疫分析系统分析（ECLIA）检测糖类抗原19-9（CA19-9）结果的可比性，保证检验结果的一致性。方法分别在罗氏 Cobas e601型全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪和国产的郑州安图 Lumo 化学发光免疫分析仪平行测定 CA19-9，然后对检测结果进行统计学处理和分析。结果两检测系统精密度高，检测结果差距无统计学意义（P ＞0．05），2组数据存在良好的线性关系（r 2＝0．9975＞0．99），预期偏倚和相对偏倚均可接受。结论CLEIA 与 ECLIA 检测 CA19-9的结果相关性良好，有较好的可比性，结果基本一致。

ABSTRACT:Objective To compare chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay (CLEIA)and elec-trochemiluminescence immunoassay for the detection of CA19-9,and to ensure the consistency of the test results.Methods Roche cobas e601 automatic electrochemical luminescence immunity an-alyzer and Zhengzhou Antu Lumo chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer were used to paral-lelly detect the CA19-9.The test results were statistically analyzed.Results Both systems had high precision.No significant differences were found in test results between the two systems(P >0.05).There was a good linear relationship between the results achieved by the two detection sys-tems (r2 =0.997 5>0.99).Both anticipated bias and relative bias were acceptable.Conclusion The CLEIA and ECLIA have good comparability and relativity for the detection of CA19-9.
