目的：探讨 Ki-67、P53及细胞周期素1（CyclinD1）在小肠间质瘤（small intestinal stromal tumors，SIST）中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学 SP 法检测30例 SIST 标本中 Ki-67、P53和 CyclinD1的表达情况，并与10例正常小肠组织进行对照。结果1）Ki-67、P53和 CyclinD1在正常组织中均未表达，而在 SIST 的表达随肿瘤恶性程度的升高而升高，高危组与低危组比较、中危组与低危组比较差异有统计学意义（均 P ＜0．05），而高危组与中危组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；Ki-67、P53和 CyclinD1蛋白表达在性别、年龄方面差异均无统计学意义（均 P ＞0．05）。2）Ki-67、P53和 CyclinD1在 SIST 的表达以中等强度为主。结论Ki-67、P53和 CyclinD1在 SIST的恶性程度判断、发生发展及诊断、预后中有一定指导意义。
목적：탐토 Ki-67、P53급세포주기소1（CyclinD1）재소장간질류（small intestinal stromal tumors，SIST）중적표체급의의。방법채용면역조직화학 SP 법검측30례 SIST 표본중 Ki-67、P53화 CyclinD1적표체정황，병여10례정상소장조직진행대조。결과1）Ki-67、P53화 CyclinD1재정상조직중균미표체，이재 SIST 적표체수종류악성정도적승고이승고，고위조여저위조비교、중위조여저위조비교차이유통계학의의（균 P ＜0．05），이고위조여중위조비교차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）；Ki-67、P53화 CyclinD1단백표체재성별、년령방면차이균무통계학의의（균 P ＞0．05）。2）Ki-67、P53화 CyclinD1재 SIST 적표체이중등강도위주。결론Ki-67、P53화 CyclinD1재 SIST적악성정도판단、발생발전급진단、예후중유일정지도의의。
ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1 in small intestinal stromal tumors(SIST).Methods The expression of Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 30 SIST specimens and 10 normal small intestinal tis-sues.Results There was no expression of Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1 in normal small intestinal tis-sues.However,the expression of Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1 was positively related to the degree of malignancy in SIST.The difference in the expression of Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1 was significant between high risk group and low risk group,as well as between moderate risk group and low risk group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between high risk group and moderate risk group(P >0.05).The expression of Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1 was not correlated with the age and gender(P >0.05).In addition,Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1 were moderately expressed in SIST.Con-clusion The Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1 may play important roles in the malignant degree judgment, progress,prognosis and diagnosis of SIST.
