目的观察拉莫三嗪添加治疗对难治性癫痫患儿肿瘤坏死因子‐α（TNF‐α）和白介素‐2（IL‐2）及认知功能的影响。方法选取35例难治性癫痫患儿为观察组，在原抗癫痫药物基础上给予拉莫三嗪添加治疗，同时选取35例健康儿童为对照组。检测观察组治疗前后的血清 IL‐2、T N F‐α水平及中国修定韦氏儿童智力量表（C‐WISC）评分，并与对照组比较。结果观察组治疗前后血清IL‐2、TNF‐α、语言智商（VIQ）、操作智商（PIQ）和总智商（FIQ）比较无显著性差异（ P ＞0．05），但智力量表知识项得分较治疗前明显提高（ P ＜0．05）。结论拉莫三嗪添加治疗可部分改善难治性癫痫患儿的认知功能，但对血清IL‐2、T N F‐α水平无明显影响。
목적 관찰랍막삼진첨가치료대난치성전간환인종류배사인자‐α（TNF‐α）화백개소‐2（IL‐2）급인지공능적영향。방법 선취35례난치성전간환인위관찰조，재원항전간약물기출상급여랍막삼진첨가치료，동시선취35례건강인동위대조조。검측관찰조치료전후적혈청 IL‐2、T N F‐α수평급중국수정위씨인동지역량표（C‐WISC）평분，병여대조조비교。결과 관찰조치료전후혈청IL‐2、TNF‐α、어언지상（VIQ）、조작지상（PIQ）화총지상（FIQ）비교무현저성차이（ P ＞0．05），단지역량표지식항득분교치료전명현제고（ P ＜0．05）。결론 랍막삼진첨가치료가부분개선난치성전간환인적인지공능，단대혈청IL‐2、T N F‐α수평무명현영향。
Objective]To observe the effect of additional lamotrigine therapy on interleukin‐2(IL‐2) ,tumor necrosis factor‐alpha(TNF‐α) and cognitive function in pediatric patients with intractable epilepsy .[Methods]A total of 35 pediat‐ric patients with intractable epilepsy were selected as observation group and given additional lamotrigine therapy .Mean‐while 35 healthy children were selected as control group .Serum levels of IL‐2 ,TNF‐αand Chinese Wechsler intelligence scale for children (C‐WISC) score in observation group before and after treatment were observed and compared with the control group .[Results]There was no significant difference in serum levels of IL‐2 and TNF‐α,verbal intelligence quo‐tient(VIQ) ,performance intelligence quotient(PIQ) and full intelligence quotient(FIQ) in observation group between be‐fore and after treatment( P>0 .05) ,but the knowledge score was increased significantly( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion]Addi‐tional lamotrigine therapy can improve the cognitive function of pediatric patients with intractable epilepsy partially ,but has no obvious effect on serum levels of IL‐2 and TNF‐α.
