目的通过分析强直性脊柱炎后凸畸形矫形临床路径实施的变异程度，研究该临床路径可能存在的不足并提出适当的改进方案。方法收集自2012年1月至2013年12月的350例符合强直性脊柱炎后凸畸形矫形临床路径适应证的患者的资料，并根据变异的标准及类型进行统计分析。结果 350例病例中有290例发生变异，包括了16种变异情况，类型以负性变异、患者病情变化、不可控变异为主。结论强直性脊柱炎后凸畸形矫形临床路径需要完善运行流程、制定详细的纳入和排除标准、同时加强社区医院及康复医院的相应诊疗过渡，从而更好地开展强直性脊柱炎后凸畸形矫形临床路径，最终提高患者医护质量、减少住院天数、降低住院费用。
목적 통과분석강직성척주염후철기형교형림상로경실시적변이정도，연구해림상로경가능존재적불족병제출괄당적개진방안。방법 수집자2012년1월지2013년12월적350례부합강직성척주염후철기형교형림상로경괄응증적환자적자료，병근거변이적표준급류형진행통계분석。결과 350례병례중유290례발생변이，포괄료16충변이정황，류형이부성변이、환자병정변화、불가공변이위주。결론 강직성척주염후철기형교형림상로경수요완선운행류정、제정상세적납입화배제표준、동시가강사구의원급강복의원적상응진료과도，종이경호지개전강직성척주염후철기형교형림상로경，최종제고환자의호질량、감소주원천수、강저주원비용。
Objective] To analyze the variation degree of the implement of clinical pathway in correction of ky‐phosis in ankylosing spondylitis in order to find out the shortage of clinical pathway and provide some measures to improve the clinical pathway .[Methods]The data of 350 patients with the indication of correction of kyphosis in ankylosing spondylitis from Jan .2012 to Dec .2013 were collected .According to the criteria and type of variation , the data were analyzed by statistical method .[Results] Among 350 patients ,290 patients had 16 types of varia‐tions mainly including negative variation ,patients'condition variation and uncontrollable variation .[Conclusion]In the clinical pathway of correction of kyphosis on ankylosing spondylitis ,the operational process should be im‐proved ,the detailed inclusive and exclusive criterion should be made ,and the transition of diagnosis and treatment of community hospital and convalescent hospital should be enforced so as to better carry out clinical pathway of correction of kyphosis in ankylosing spondylitis ,and then raise the quality of treatment and care ,decrease hospital stay and reduce hospitalization cost .
