目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清生长停滞特异性蛋白6(Gas6)的表达与疾病活动的关系。方法:应用夹心ELISA方法检测102例SLE 患者及67例健康体检者血清中Gas6的表达水平,并分析不同临床症状患者体内Gas6的表达水平。结果:SLE患者血清中Gas6表达水平为54.59(2.41~614.93) ng/mL,明显高于健康体检者19.22(15.06~384.93)ng/mL(P<0.05)。通过分析临床症状发现,dsDNA阳性以及出现皮疹、肾脏损害和脉管炎的SLE患者Gas6表达水平明显高于未出现该种症状者(P<0.05)。且患者体内Gas6的表达水平与SLE疾病活动指数呈正相关性(r=0.569,P<0.01)。结论:Gas6是一种监测SLE病情活动性的有效临床标记物,在疾病的发病机制中发挥了重要的作用。
目的:探討繫統性紅斑狼瘡(SLE)患者血清生長停滯特異性蛋白6(Gas6)的錶達與疾病活動的關繫。方法:應用夾心ELISA方法檢測102例SLE 患者及67例健康體檢者血清中Gas6的錶達水平,併分析不同臨床癥狀患者體內Gas6的錶達水平。結果:SLE患者血清中Gas6錶達水平為54.59(2.41~614.93) ng/mL,明顯高于健康體檢者19.22(15.06~384.93)ng/mL(P<0.05)。通過分析臨床癥狀髮現,dsDNA暘性以及齣現皮疹、腎髒損害和脈管炎的SLE患者Gas6錶達水平明顯高于未齣現該種癥狀者(P<0.05)。且患者體內Gas6的錶達水平與SLE疾病活動指數呈正相關性(r=0.569,P<0.01)。結論:Gas6是一種鑑測SLE病情活動性的有效臨床標記物,在疾病的髮病機製中髮揮瞭重要的作用。
목적:탐토계통성홍반랑창(SLE)환자혈청생장정체특이성단백6(Gas6)적표체여질병활동적관계。방법:응용협심ELISA방법검측102례SLE 환자급67례건강체검자혈청중Gas6적표체수평,병분석불동림상증상환자체내Gas6적표체수평。결과:SLE환자혈청중Gas6표체수평위54.59(2.41~614.93) ng/mL,명현고우건강체검자19.22(15.06~384.93)ng/mL(P<0.05)。통과분석림상증상발현,dsDNA양성이급출현피진、신장손해화맥관염적SLE환자Gas6표체수평명현고우미출현해충증상자(P<0.05)。차환자체내Gas6적표체수평여SLE질병활동지수정정상관성(r=0.569,P<0.01)。결론:Gas6시일충감측SLE병정활동성적유효림상표기물,재질병적발병궤제중발휘료중요적작용。
Objective To investigated the association of serum level of growth arrest-specific protein 6 (Gas6) with the disease activity in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods The expression levels of Gas6 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 102 SLE patients and 67 healthy persons; and statistical methods were used to analyze the expressions of Gas6 in the patients with different clinical symptoms. Results The expression of Gas6 was significantly higher in the SLE group [54.59 (2.41 ~ 614.93) ng/mL] than in the healthy control group [19.22 (15.06 ~ 384.93) ng/mL, P < 0.05]. And serum Gas6 levels were significantly higher in the patients with dsDNA (+) , renal disorder , rash and vasculitis than the patients without symptoms (P < 0.05). The expression of Gas6 was correlated with SLEDAI significantly (r = 0.569, P < 0.01). Conclusions Gas6 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE and it is an effective biomarker for the disease activity in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
