Beginning with the analysis of the system construction, legal construction and standardization construction of traffic safety publicity and education system for primary and secondary school students, this paper looked back at the development course of traffic safety publicity and education system for Chi?nese primary and secondary school students in the past twenty years or so, made systematic analysis of ex?isting problems challenging traffic safety publicity and education system of primary and secondary schools, and proposed corresponding constructive suggestions.
