目的：探讨双J管置入术后导尿管持续引流的安全性。方法将180例需要同时留置双J管和导尿管的患者随机分为试验组（126例）和对照组（54例）。在3～7d观察期间，试验组将导尿管持续开放引流，对照组夹闭导尿管，每隔2～3h间歇放尿一次，观察两组保留导管期间患者的不适情况及拔除导尿管后排尿的顺畅度。结果保留导管期间试验组出现膀胱刺激征、腰酸腰胀、腰腹疼痛、血尿等不适症状明显少于对照组（P＜0.05），并且拔除导尿管后两组排尿顺畅百分比分别为96.8%和96.3%，尿潴留百分比分别为3.2%和3.7%，均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论短期内持续开放导尿管对双J管置入术后后患者的排尿功能无明显不良影响，并且可减少患者的不适情况。
목적：탐토쌍J관치입술후도뇨관지속인류적안전성。방법장180례수요동시류치쌍J관화도뇨관적환자수궤분위시험조（126례）화대조조（54례）。재3～7d관찰기간，시험조장도뇨관지속개방인류，대조조협폐도뇨관，매격2～3h간헐방뇨일차，관찰량조보류도관기간환자적불괄정황급발제도뇨관후배뇨적순창도。결과보류도관기간시험조출현방광자격정、요산요창、요복동통、혈뇨등불괄증상명현소우대조조（P＜0.05），병차발제도뇨관후량조배뇨순창백분비분별위96.8%화96.3%，뇨저류백분비분별위3.2%화3.7%，균무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론단기내지속개방도뇨관대쌍J관치입술후후환자적배뇨공능무명현불량영향，병차가감소환자적불괄정황。
Objective To investigate the safety of continuous drainage with catheter after the placement of double J tube by surgery. Methods One hundred eighty patients who need to be placed double J tube and catheter at the same time were randomly divided into test group (126 cases) and control group (54 cases). During the period of 3 to 7 days, catheter was continuously opened in the test group,while it was intermittently clipped every 2 to 3 hours in the control group.The uncomfortable situation was observed during the patients keeping the tubes.The smooth degree of uriration was also observed after the catheter was removed. Results During the tubes being retained,the uncomfortable symptoms,such as bladder irritation,lumbar acid bilges,waist and abdomen pain,haematuria,in the test group was significantly less than that in the control(P<0.05).After the extubation of catheter,the 2 group's smoothly urinating percentage 96.8% and 96.3%) and urinary retention percentage 3.2% and 3.7%, were no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Continuous openness of catheter in patients with placement of double J tube has no obvious bad effect on their micturition function,and can reduce their discomfort In the short term.
