目的:探讨PBL结合情境模拟法在消化内科大专护士见习中的应用效果。方法选取2013年3~6月在消化内科见习的80名护理大专生为研究对象,随机分配到2个组中,每组40名。实验组采取PBL+情境模拟教学法,即学生按课外自学→病史采集→情境模拟→小组讨论→教师总结五个步骤进行。对照组采取传统的教学法。见习结束后对两组学生的理论及操作成绩进行测试,并自制教学法评价表进行教学效果评价。结果实验组在对学生成绩的影响与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),PBL结合情境模拟法激发了学生学习的主观能动性,锻炼了学生的动手能力,有利于学生综合素质的培养。结论 PBL结合情境模拟法有助于提高消化内科见习护生的学习效果,值得在临床见习中广泛推广。

목적:탐토PBL결합정경모의법재소화내과대전호사견습중적응용효과。방법선취2013년3~6월재소화내과견습적80명호리대전생위연구대상,수궤분배도2개조중,매조40명。실험조채취PBL+정경모의교학법,즉학생안과외자학→병사채집→정경모의→소조토론→교사총결오개보취진행。대조조채취전통적교학법。견습결속후대량조학생적이론급조작성적진행측시,병자제교학법평개표진행교학효과평개。결과실험조재대학생성적적영향여대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),PBL결합정경모의법격발료학생학습적주관능동성,단련료학생적동수능력,유리우학생종합소질적배양。결론 PBL결합정경모의법유조우제고소화내과견습호생적학습효과,치득재림상견습중엄범추엄。
Objective To investigate the application of PBL combining situational simulation results in gastroenterology nurse trainee in college. Methods 80 nursing trainee in college training in gastroenterology form March 2013-June 2013 were randomly assigned to two groups, 40 people in each. The experimental group received PBL + scenario simulation approach, namely students to extracurricular self-study → history taking → scenario simulation → discussion in groups → teacher summarizes , five steps. The control group received the traditional teaching methods. After trainee the theory and operation scores of the two groups were test, and evaluated of teaching effectiveness by self-teaching method evaluation table. Results The impact on student achievement of the experimental group was compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01), PBL combine situational simulation stimulated student learning initiative, and exercised the abilities of students, helped students' comprehensive training quality. Conclusion The combined PBL helps improve situational simulation of gastroenterology trainee nursing students learning effect, should be popularized in clinical probation.
