目的:探讨电化学发光免疫分析及在临床检验中的应用效果。方法指定一名具有专业知识及丰富经验的临床实验室检验人员分别利用ECLIA、ELISA等方法完成100例乙肝患者血样中乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体(抗-HBc)检验。记录两种方法检测抗-HBc阳性率,给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果ECLIA法检测100例乙肝患者血样中抗-HBc阳性率高达98.00%,显著高于ELISA法检测阳性率81.00%,对比结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电化学发光免疫分析方法可显著提高临床检验结果准确性,为临床医生提供真实可靠的诊断依据,使患者及时确诊病情并获得正确治疗,保障其临床疗效及预后。

Objective To explore the electrochemiluminescence immunoassay and the application effect in clinical examination. Methods A clinical laboratory staff with professional knowledge and rich experience was specified, using ECLIA, ELISA respectively(anti-HBc)test completed 100 cases of hepatitis B blood samples of patients with hepatitis B virus core antibody. The positive rate of anti–HBc of the two methods was detected and record, gives statistical analysis conclusion. Results The positive rate of anti-HBc ECLIA was up to 98%in 100 cases of hepatitis B patients, it was significantly higher than those of detected by ELISA(81%), comparison of the results was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay method can significantly improve the accuracy of clinical test results, provide the reliable basis for the diagnosis for clinicians, enable patients to timely diagnose the disease and get the correct treatment, ensure the therapeutic effect and prognosis.
