枕头坝一级水电站二期围堰防渗墙工程量大、工期紧。为确保2012年安全度汛和后续工程的顺利进行，建设管理单位对二期围堰防渗墙施工质量和进度两方面制定了精细化的管理措施，强调在管理中要抓好6个方面的工作，即抓超前意识、抓节点控制、抓质量保证、抓文明施工、抓资金保障、抓技术落实。由于精细化管理工作扎实到位，最终提前10 d高质量完成了二期围堰防渗墙施工。

Stage II cofferdam seepage prevention wall of Zhentouba I Hydropower Station is characterized as large construction quantity and tight construction period. In order to ensure flood season safety and smooth construction of follow-up construction, the construction and management units carried out fine management on the construction of stage II cofferdam seepage prevention wall, made out the measures mainly in 2 aspects of construction quality and progress control, and in the management, focused on 6 aspects of foresight consciousness, construction node control, quality assurance, civilized construction, capital assurance, tech-nology implement. For strictly implementing fine management, stage II cofferdam seepage prevention wall was completed with high quality and 10 days ahead of schedule.
