为加快推进枕头坝一级水电站的施工进度,降低工程投资,根据工程建设的现场情况及施工进度要求,在工程施工过程中深入分析了碾压混凝土性能,提出了采用碾压混凝土替代下部基础大体积常态混凝土的工程方案,并研究了碾压混凝土应用的关键技术问题。工程应用结果表明,碾压混凝土的应用有效地解决了混凝土浇筑强度、温控要求、分层、分块的问题,达到了加快施工进度,节省投资的目的。
為加快推進枕頭壩一級水電站的施工進度,降低工程投資,根據工程建設的現場情況及施工進度要求,在工程施工過程中深入分析瞭碾壓混凝土性能,提齣瞭採用碾壓混凝土替代下部基礎大體積常態混凝土的工程方案,併研究瞭碾壓混凝土應用的關鍵技術問題。工程應用結果錶明,碾壓混凝土的應用有效地解決瞭混凝土澆築彊度、溫控要求、分層、分塊的問題,達到瞭加快施工進度,節省投資的目的。

According to construction site condition and requirements on construction schedule, the performance of roller com-pacted concrete( RCC) of Zhentouba I Hydropower Station was studied thoroughly, and the substitution of roller compacted con-crete for mass normal concrete at foundation part was proposed, through which the construction schedule was promoted and invest-ment was reduced. The key technical issues in application of roller concrete were researched. The application show that the RCC could solve problems of placement strength, temperature control, layer division and block division, thus promoting construction process and controlling investment.
