目的：分析我院管腔器械清洗存在的问题，采取有效措施对管腔器械清洗进行规范管理。方法：采用护士长五查、护理质控小组自查以及提问的方式去分析管腔器械清洗存在的问题，再通过加强人员的业务培训、强化管腔器械预处理的意识、规范管腔器械清洗流程、制订相关的管理制度，从而有效地预防和控制医院感染。结果：管腔器械的返洗率从原来的20%降到0.1%。结论：通过对管腔器械清洗的规范管理，能有效地提高清洗质量，间接降低了院内交叉感染的发生，延长了器械的使用寿命。

Objective: to analyze the problems of our lumen equipment cleaning, take effective measures to standardize the management lumen equipment cleaning. Methods: the head nurse five inspection and check, nursing quality control group to ask the way to analyze the problems existing in the lumen equipment cleaning, again through strengthening training of employees, and strengthening the consciousness of lumen instruments pretreatment, standardize the lumen equipment cleaning process, make the related management system, so as to effectively prevent and control hospital infection. Results: the return of luminal devices wash rate from 20% to 0.1%. Conclusion: through the lumen of equipment cleaning specification management, can effectively improve the quality of cleaning, indirectly reduce the cross infection in the courtyard, prolong the service life of the equipment.
