本文旨在寻求废弃油脂与农林生物质资源的资源化再利用,利用生物质吸附植物或矿物废弃油脂,探究农林生物质本体特性对废弃油脂的吸附效果。然后利用油份自身的热量,将含油生物质燃烧,实现废弃油脂和农林生物质的燃料化、利用最大化。本试验主要从几种生物质本体及其吸油前后的热值出发,分析生物质再利用的潜能,以及相关的影响因素。实验结果表明:生物质的吸油性能随粒径减小而增大,当粒径减小到一定程度时吸油性能随之下降,同时玉米秆的吸油性能要优于其他几种生物质,热值上升幅度比最高值高出82.0%。

The purpose of this research is to discover the resource regenerative utilization of waste oils and the biomass resources from agriculture and forestry. To explore the absorption effect of biomass’s ontology features to waste oils by using biomass to adsorb vegetable or mineral waste oils. Then, burn the oily biomass for using its quantity of heat, realizing the fuelization and the maximum utilization of waste oils and biomass. This experiment is mainly started from several kinds of biomass’s ontology features and its calorific value before and after oil absorption, to analyze the potential of biomass regenerative utilization and the influence of related factors. The results indicate that the oil absorbency of biomass increases with the particle size decreases, however, the oil absorbency will drop when the particle size decreases to a certain degree. The oil absorbency of cornstalk is superior to other kinds of biomass, with the calorific value maximum increase of 82.0%which based on the original dates.
