基于GHM (Grossman Hart and Moore)模型分析框架,分析军民企业合作中的产权制度安排,认为,事前存在的关系网络、资格认证等专用性投资是造成双方谈判力不对称的主要因素,而谈判力不对称导致军民企业合作过程中剩余控制权难以达到最优配置,造成效率扭曲,提出了相应的对策与建议。

Based on the GHM analysis framework ,it found that investment on relationship and qualification certification were primary factors leading to bargaining power asymmetry ,which further resulted in the deviation of the optimal ow nership arrangement ,deficiency of relationship‐specific in‐vestments and bringing distortion of cooperation efficiency .Measures are put forward in this article .
