对高校基层党建工作进行考核评价是贯彻党的十八大精神和落实高校党建工作责任制的需要，也是保证高校基层党组织创先争优常态化、长效化的具体举措和有效路径。分析了高校基层党建工作考核评价现状，构建科学的考核评价体系，完善考核评价程序并建立其保障机制。
對高校基層黨建工作進行攷覈評價是貫徹黨的十八大精神和落實高校黨建工作責任製的需要，也是保證高校基層黨組織創先爭優常態化、長效化的具體舉措和有效路徑。分析瞭高校基層黨建工作攷覈評價現狀，構建科學的攷覈評價體繫，完善攷覈評價程序併建立其保障機製。

Making an examination and evaluation of the basic unit party construction in universities is necessary for implementing the spirit of 18th CPC National Congress and responsibility system of party construction,and it is also a concrete measure and an effective path for advanced grass-roots party organization. The article analyses the state of examination and evaluation of basic unit party construction in universities, establishes the index system of examination and evaluation, perfects the procedure of examination and evaluation, establishes the protecting mechanism of the system of examination and evaluation of basic unit party construction in university.
