近年来，沧州区域的小微企业得到迅速发展，已成为我市经济增长不可或缺的重要力量。然而小微企业也面临各种各样的问题，其中融资难问题最为突出，表现为融资方式单一，主要以向亲友借钱和银行贷款为主，融资难已成为阻碍其进一步发展的瓶颈。基于此，分析融资难的原因，提出破解小微企业融资难的对策建议。

Small and micro-enterprises in Cangzhou area is developing rapidly in recent years .They have become an indispensable important force for economic growth in our city .However ,they are faced with a variety of problems ,among which the financing problem is the most prominent in that the source of financing is relatively too simple mainly by bor-rowing money from relatives and friends or by bank loans .Therefore financing problem has become a bottleneck impeding their further development .In view of this ,an analysis has been made on the cuases of the financing problems and some countermeasures are put forward .
