以辽宁农业职业技术学院学生为调查对象，对体质状况、健康状况、营养与饮食习惯、生活方式进行调查。结果显示，大学生在上述情况中均存在一定问题，本文针对出现问题进行分析，并给出饮食及生活方式建议，以促进大学生身心健康成长。

Taking Liaoning Agricultural College as the investigation target,the author investigated students’constitutional condition ,health status, nutrition and eating habits and lifestyle. The results showed:there are some problems in the above investigating items,the paper made an analysis in the light of the investigating results,and give some suggestions on the eating habit and living style in order to enhance the body and mind health growth of college students.
