本文对汽车空调冷凝器支架进行了优化,分别提出了1.5mm厚有加强板及无加强板模型、2mm厚有加强板及无加强板模型。然后用workbench对4种模型进行了CAE分析和强度校核与疲劳校核,以选择出最优冷凝器支架模型。通过分析结果,2mm厚有加强板模型满足强度要求,且支架重量较小。

Automobile air conditioning condenser bracket are optimized in this paper, and these methods are proposed which are 1.5mm thick reinforcing plate and no reinforcing plate models, 2mm thick reinforcing plate and no reinforcing plate models.CAE analysis for four kinds of model are carried out ,including fatigue and strength verification checking ,based on with workbench , the results show that 2mm thick reinforcing plate model can meet the strength requirements, and the weight of bracket less.
