研究和设计了一种基于DSP 芯片TMS320F28335的舵机无线控制的实现方案,概述了各功能模块的基本结构及应用,分析了系统的软件结构及配置方式。系统利用F28335的SCI接口实现与无线通信模块的连接,完成了DSP与PC机之间数据传输,数据由F28335处理后通过PWM模块输出脉宽调制(PWM)信号,以控制舵机的转向;通过设计控制舵机的界面来改变PWM信号的占空比,以此来实现舵机的旋转角度进行实时变化;该设计不但完成了舵机的无线控制,还为船舶自动舵控制系统奠定了参考依据和实验环境。

An implementation plan of rudder wireless control is researched and designed based on TMS320F28335 DSP chip. The paper mainly introduces the basic structure and application of each function module, analyzes the system software structure and configuration model. System using F28335 SCI interface implementation connected to the wireless communication module, complete the data transmission between DSP and PC, data by F28335 after processing by PWM module, the output pulse width modulation (PWM) signal to control the rudder's direction; Through the interface for the design of the control rudder to change the duty ratio of PWM signal, achieve to real-time changes the rotation angle of the rudder; The design not only completed the wireless control of rudder, also laid a reference for ship autopilot control system and experimental environment.
