装备综合实践训练是学员岗位任职能力生成的重要环节，改变装备实践训练分散、不衔接、不成系统的现状，借鉴人才能力结构理论建立训练目标模型、运用“模块化”训练内容构建方法设计综合实践训练内容、采取“归纳创新”方法建立装备训练的组织实施方式，构建装备综合实践训练体系，统筹将装备保障生长军官技术、管理和指挥能力培养纳入综合实践环节平台，形成装备保障生长军官从技术保障、保障指挥、武器系统运用实践到岗位综合实践的逐级衔接、层级上升的装备训练模式。

Equipment synthesis practical training is the key procedure to generate the student's post competence .In order to change the dispersing ,unlinking and unsystematic situation of the equip‐ment practical training ,the training target model is proposed based on the talent capacity structure theory .And the contents of the synthesis practice training is designed by modularizing the training contents .At the same time ,the organization executive mode of the equipment training is set up by concluding the innovations .Then the system of synthesis practical training is constructed to incorpo‐rate the training for growing officer's capability of skill ,management and command into the synthesis practice procedure platform ,w hich could form the step‐by‐step linking and level‐by‐level rising equip‐ment training mode from technique support ,support command ,operational practice of equipment system to post synthesis practice .
