The construction of weaponry is undergoing an important innovation ,which concerned with the civil‐military integrated development . Furthermore , there is not only bringing about a momentous revolution in the development mode , but also a campaign for richening our state and increasing the military's fighting capacity .To accelerate and promote the civil‐military integration in a deep‐going way ,we need to fully recognize its time value ,and reasoning estimate its intending orien‐tation ,and research for the point of departure of this strategy .
