师资队伍状况是制约地方本科院校转型发展的瓶颈之一,新建本科院校师资队伍转型存在思想观念、知识结构、教学范式等方面的挑战与困难。加大教育宣传力度,完善聘用制度,多渠道提升专业实践能力,改革教学评价方法,是教师转型的有效举措。

The state of teaching staff is one of the bottlenecks that may restrict the transformation development of local newly-upgraded universitites. The transformation of the teaching staff faces the challenges and difficulties in transformation ideas, knowledge structure and teaching mode. Strengthening education publicity, perfecting the recruitment system, enhancing the professional practice skills from multi-angles and reforming the teaching evaluation should be considered as the effective measures.
