在高温高压下用分散染料对木粉、苄基木粉和乙基木粉进行了染色研究,比较了分散染料对它们的染色性能,并用红外光谱和扫描电镜进行了结构表征。结果表明,染色苄基木粉和乙基木粉的色光与染色涤纶织物的色光接近,比染色杉木粉的色光更鲜艳,且染色苄基木粉的色光比染色乙基木粉的色光更明艳;染料浓度、染色时间和染料分子结构影响染料的上染百分率。扫描电镜分析表明,染料分子充实到改性木材纤维壁的微孔中,并覆盖在苄基木粉和乙基木粉的表面,赋予染色苄基木粉和乙基木粉平滑的表面,有利于光的反射,从而呈现出更明亮的色彩。
在高溫高壓下用分散染料對木粉、芐基木粉和乙基木粉進行瞭染色研究,比較瞭分散染料對它們的染色性能,併用紅外光譜和掃描電鏡進行瞭結構錶徵。結果錶明,染色芐基木粉和乙基木粉的色光與染色滌綸織物的色光接近,比染色杉木粉的色光更鮮豔,且染色芐基木粉的色光比染色乙基木粉的色光更明豔;染料濃度、染色時間和染料分子結構影響染料的上染百分率。掃描電鏡分析錶明,染料分子充實到改性木材纖維壁的微孔中,併覆蓋在芐基木粉和乙基木粉的錶麵,賦予染色芐基木粉和乙基木粉平滑的錶麵,有利于光的反射,從而呈現齣更明亮的色綵。

The dyeing of fir powder, benzylated and ethylated Chinese fir powder with disperse dyes under high temperature and high pressure was studied.The dyeing performance was compared and their structure of dyed modified fir powders was characterized by infrared spectra ( IR) and scanning electron microscope ( SEM) .The re-sults show that the color shade of dyed modified fir powder was similar to that of dyed polyester fabric, and brighter than dyed unmodified fir powder, especially the benzylated fir powder was the most brilliant.Additionally, the dye concentration, dyeing time and chemical structures of disperse dyes were found to influence the percentage of dye exhaustion.The SEM analysis indicates that dye molecules were adsorbed on the surface of modified fir powder, and anchored into micropores and tiny holes of fiber walls.The resulting smooth surface on modified fir powders is advantageous to reflect sunlight and generate brilliant color shade.
