结合南水北调中线一期引江济汉工程渠道4标施工总体布置的实例,建立了由施工场地利用率、临时设施投资率、现场布置综合效果等组成的技术经济评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对工程实例的有效性和可行性进行综合评价分析,结论为:综合评价阈值G=4.2,施工场地利用率G1=4.2、临时设施投资率G2=4.0、现场布置综合效果G3=3.8,与实际情况基本吻合。
結閤南水北調中線一期引江濟漢工程渠道4標施工總體佈置的實例,建立瞭由施工場地利用率、臨時設施投資率、現場佈置綜閤效果等組成的技術經濟評價指標體繫,運用層次分析法對工程實例的有效性和可行性進行綜閤評價分析,結論為:綜閤評價閾值G=4.2,施工場地利用率G1=4.2、臨時設施投資率G2=4.0、現場佈置綜閤效果G3=3.8,與實際情況基本吻閤。

Combining with the construction overall arrangement of No. 4 construction section in Yangtze River to Hanjiang River Water Diversion Project of middle route of South to North Water Diversion Project, setting up the technical and economic evaluation index system with construction site utilization ratio, temporary facilities investment rate, comprehensive effect of site layout and other components. The engineering validity and feasibility is completely evaluated and analyzed by AHP, the conclusion is: the comprehensive evaluation threshold 4.2, the construction site utilization rate 4.2, temporary facilities investment rate 4.0, the comprehensive effect of site layout 3.8, accord with the actual situation.
