为了揭示46型内曲线行星齿轮泵的流量特性,利用三维软件结合内曲线行星齿轮泵节曲线方程,建立了46型内曲线行星齿轮泵的结构模型,重点介绍了中心轮和内曲线齿圈的实体模型的建立以及轮齿的加载过程,分析了单个容腔的最大截面积和最小截面积,通过CAD软件的面积计算功能,对46型内曲线行星齿轮泵进行了瞬时排量的计算,绘制了单个容腔从最大截面积到最小截面积的变化曲线以及所有排油腔的面积积的变化曲线。研究结果表明,内曲线行星齿轮泵单个容腔截面积的变化曲线近似于内曲线齿圈的节曲线,其瞬时排量的脉动率小于普通外啮合齿轮泵的脉动率。

In order to reveal the flow characteristic of 46 type internal-curve planet gear pump , on the basis of equation of pitch curve , the three-dimensional modeling of the pump was established .The establishment proce-dure of the solid models of center gear and internal -curve ring and the loading procedure of the gears were mainly presented .The maximum and minimum sectional area of a cubage cavity were analyzed .By the area cal-culation function of CAD , the instantaneous flow of 46 type internal -curve planet gear pump was determined . The area variative curves of a cubage cavity and all oil extraction cavity were drawn out .The study showed that the area variative curve of a cubage cavity is similar to the pitch curve of internal -curve ring and the pulsation of the internal-curve planet gear pump is less than that of ordinary gear pump .
