信息技术为微格教学的开展注入了活力，为基于网络的师范生教学技能的培养提供了多种支持。该文针对传统微格教学中存在的问题，引入网络微格教学模式，着重探讨了网络微格教学中微格教案的设计与编写活动。最后通过对生物师范生网络微格教学中的5个版本的教案分析，了解师范生在微格教案设计与编写上的变化，以探析网络微格教学的效果。

Information technology has injected vigor into the development of microteaching. Aiming at the existing problems in traditional microteaching, the paper introduces the designing and programming activities involved in lesson planning for web-based microteaching. Finally, through the analysis of the 5 versions of lesson plans made by the students majoring in biology education for web-based microteaching, the paper investigates the changes on these students in their designing and writing lesson plans for web-based microteaching, with a view to analyzing the effect of the practice of web-based microteaching.
