以马尾松、厚荚相思木材为研究对象,将配方优化的非离子型石蜡乳液稀释液及其与木材防腐剂的混合液分别处理木材,增强木材的尺寸稳定性能。研究表明,制备的非离子石蜡乳液平均粒径0.107μm,木材渗透性能好;经石蜡乳液处理的马尾松木材尺寸稳定性可达85%;石蜡乳液能分别与CCA、ACQ木材防腐剂混溶达到稳定状态,耐强酸强碱;石蜡乳液对ACQ木材防腐剂的载药量影响不显著。
以馬尾鬆、厚莢相思木材為研究對象,將配方優化的非離子型石蠟乳液稀釋液及其與木材防腐劑的混閤液分彆處理木材,增彊木材的呎吋穩定性能。研究錶明,製備的非離子石蠟乳液平均粒徑0.107μm,木材滲透性能好;經石蠟乳液處理的馬尾鬆木材呎吋穩定性可達85%;石蠟乳液能分彆與CCA、ACQ木材防腐劑混溶達到穩定狀態,耐彊痠彊堿;石蠟乳液對ACQ木材防腐劑的載藥量影響不顯著。

The pinewood and Acacia wood was treated with non-ionic wax emulsion or paraffin emulsion with wood preservative in order to strengthen dimension stability of wood.The results showed that the self-made par-affin emulsion,whose particle diameter was 0.107 μm,had a good performance to penetrate the wood.It made the dimension stability of the pinewood reach 85%.It stabilized in coexistence with CCA and ACQ.It was not noticea-ble for hindering the penetration of ACQ in wood.
