针对当前国内外研究生联合培养模式的发展形势及我国对高层次创新应用型人才需求的紧迫性，通过SWOT分析了高校、工程技术开发中心、企业联合培养此类人才的可行性，并以依托于高职类的广东高校高分子材料加工工程技术开发中心为例，对联合培养进行了探索与实践。

In this paper , aiming at the current development situation of domestic cooperative postgraduate training mode and a high level of demand for innovative applications talents urgency , it is analyzed the feasibility of cooperative postgraduate among the university , technology development centers and the enterprise by SWOT . Furthermore, the postgraduate cooperative education is explored and practiced with a case study on the Technology Development Center for Polymer Processing Engineering .
