以氯化镁、氯化锰、氢氧化钠及碳酸钠为原料,采用共沉淀法合成镁锰双金属氢氧化物(Mg-Mn-LDH)。探讨镁锰摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等条件对镁锰双金属氢氧化物(Mg-Mn-LDH)结晶性的影响。通过 XRD和 SEM对产物结晶性、组成结构等进行表征。实验结果表明,在镁锰摩尔比3∶1、反应温度40℃、反应3 h、长陈化时间和反应体系 pH 13下,制备出的产物的结晶性最好,层状结构也最清晰。

이록화미、록화맹、경양화납급탄산납위원료,채용공침정법합성미맹쌍금속경양화물(Mg-Mn-LDH)。탐토미맹마이비、반응온도、반응시간등조건대미맹쌍금속경양화물(Mg-Mn-LDH)결정성적영향。통과 XRD화 SEM대산물결정성、조성결구등진행표정。실험결과표명,재미맹마이비3∶1、반응온도40℃、반응3 h、장진화시간화반응체계 pH 13하,제비출적산물적결정성최호,층상결구야최청석。
Double hydroxide of Mg-Mn(Mg-Mn-LDH)was prepared by method of coprecipitation using magnesium chloride,manganese chloride,sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate as raw materials.The paper aims to investigate the effect of Mg Mn molar ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and other conditions on the crystallinity of double metal hydroxide,magnesium and manganese (Mg-Mn-LDH). Characterized by XRD and SEM,the results showed that when the ratio Mg to Mn was 3∶1 ,the reaction temperature was controlled at 40℃,reaction time 3 h,the long aging crystallization time,pH value was 1 3 ,there was a high degree of crystallinity,the layered structure for the product was clear.
