应用傅里叶变换红外光谱法测试了8种食用植物油的红外光谱。研究表明,不同品种的食用植物油在4000~400 cm-1范围内的红外吸收光谱基本相同,但特征峰的相对强度和峰形有所不同,表现出各自的独特性,可用于不同种类食用植物油简便、快捷地鉴定,对监督市售食用植物油具有重要的现实意义。
應用傅裏葉變換紅外光譜法測試瞭8種食用植物油的紅外光譜。研究錶明,不同品種的食用植物油在4000~400 cm-1範圍內的紅外吸收光譜基本相同,但特徵峰的相對彊度和峰形有所不同,錶現齣各自的獨特性,可用于不同種類食用植物油簡便、快捷地鑒定,對鑑督市售食用植物油具有重要的現實意義。

The infrared spectra of eight kinds of edible vegetable oils were tested by FTIR.It was found that different types of edible vegetable oils have the similar absorption at the wave range of 400 and 4000 cm-1 except the relative intensity and peak shape of characteristic peaks with their uniqueness.I-dentification used for different kinds of edible vegetable oils was simple and fast,which has important practical significance in supervising commercial edible vegetable oils.
