机构话语中的语码转换现象是一种较为复杂的语言现象。在会话分析和互动社会语言学的理论基础上，采用定性和定量相结合的方法，对一组海归留学生的求职面试话语中的语码转换现象进行实证研究。结果发现：海归留学生使用语码转换的频次远高于国内高校毕业生，前者的语言能力和策略能力比后者强；绝大多数的嵌入语为名词成分；语码转换产生的主要原因有词汇的可及性、策略选择和标记性选择。

Code-switching (CS)is a complicated linguistic phenomenon.This paper analyzes CS from the per-spective of interactive sociolinguistics and conversational analysis theory in qualitative and quantitative methods. The data is collected among overseas students under the context of job interview.After the analysis of the data,it is found that overseas students adopt much more CS in interviews;most of the embedded words are nouns and the main reasons for CS are accessibility of words,choice of strategies and markers.
