为了了解医学生的医疗风险认知状况,以探讨其风险意识、相关知识技能储备及对医疗风险防范情况,本文采取随机抽样方式进行调查,发现医学生在医疗风险范围、引发因素、转移与规避方式等问题上存在认知差异;进而针对调查结果进行分析,结合高校课程设置状况,建议通过夯实专业基础、将知识化为常识、增加医事卫生法律诊所活动等方式,提高医学生医疗风险认知水平,为未来执业减少医疗风险奠定基础。

In order to understand the medical students' cognition of medical risks, discuss their risk awareness, related knowledge and skills reserves, and medical risk prevention, the author adopted random sampling survey to investigate the related problems of medical students medical risks, and found that the medical students have cognitive differences in the scope of medical risks, causing factors, transfering and avoiding ways, etc.. According to the analysis on the survey results, combined with the college curriculum, the author suggested to improve the level of medical students' medical risk cognition and lay the foundation for the future practice to reduce medical risks by means of solid professional foundation, turning knowledge into common sense and increasing medical health law clinic activities.
