通过对黑龙江省的39所医院所面临的医疗纠纷现状和执业医生对于医疗纠纷的认知情况的问卷调查，可以看出大部分医生认为医疗纠纷是其最大的职业忧虑。鉴此，应从公平合理配置社会医疗资源、加强医疗纠纷应急管理、加强患方的风险教育和健全社会保障制度等方面着手来解决该问题。

From the questionnaires of the present situation of medical disputes which 39 hospitals in Hei-longjiang province are faced with and medical practitioners' cognition and attitude for medical disputes, we may find that most doctors think that medical dispute is the biggest professional concern. Consequently, it should be handled from the aspects of fair and reasonable configuration of social medical resources, the strengthening of e-mergency management in medical disputes, the strengthening of the patients' risk education, and the improvement of social security system, etc..
