为总结骨科医疗纠纷的规律与特点，本文以山东省某二甲医院2010~2013年处理的35例骨科医疗纠纷为样本进行研究，结果显示：骨科医疗纠纷的数量、赔偿额分别占该院医疗纠纷的总量和赔偿总额的42.2%、49.79%，赔偿额/业务收入、平均每例医疗纠纷赔偿额明显高于该院平均水平；产生纠纷的患者以男性居多(65.71%)，年龄段以21~40、41~60岁年龄段居多(占88.57%)；2010~2011年纠纷发生的原因以钢板内固定物断裂为主，2012年演变为以功能恢复障碍、术后严重并发症为主；纠纷的处理途径逐渐形成以人民调解为主，医患双方协商、法院诉讼相结合的格局。本文针对骨科医疗纠纷特点所作的统计分析，期能对提高骨科医疗质量、降低纠纷发生、保障医院医疗安全有借鉴意义。

To summarize the laws and characteristics of orthopedic medical disputes, in this paper, 35 orthopedic medical disputes in a second-senior class hospital in Shandong province from 2010 to 2013 were taken as samples, the study shows the number of orthopedic medical disputes and the compensation amount accounted for 42.2%and 49.79%of the total amount of the hospital respectively,the compensation amount/business income, average compensation amount of every medical dispute are obviously higher than that of the mean level of the hospital. Male patients are the majority in the disputes (65.71%), of which the major part is those whose age is from 21~40、41~60 (88.57%). Plate breakage of internal fixation was the main cause of the disputes in 2010 and 2011, while in 2012, difficulty in function rehabilitation and serious postoperative complication took the place. In dispute processing, people's mediation is given priority, combining with the negotiation between doctors and patients, and court actions as well. The statistical analysis on orthopedic medical disputes in this paper is of great significance to improve the quality of orthopedic treatment, reduce the amount of medical disputes and ensure the safety of hospital medical treatment.
