目的:观察洋参御唐丸对糖尿病肾病( DN)模型大鼠肾组织TGF-β1、Smad2/3表达的影响。方法:高糖高脂喂养4周后腹腔小剂量注射STZ建立DN模型,分为模型组、盐酸贝那普利组、洋参御唐丸高、低剂量组,另设正常对照组,给药12周后,观察洋参御唐丸对DN大鼠肾脏病理和肾组织TGF-β1、Smad2/3的表达。结果:洋参御唐丸能明显降低DN大鼠肾组织中TGF-β1、Smad2/3的表达。结论:洋参御唐丸可能通过降低DN大鼠肾组织TGF-β1、Smad2/3的表达,减少ECM聚积而改善DN肾脏病理结构。
目的:觀察洋參禦唐汍對糖尿病腎病( DN)模型大鼠腎組織TGF-β1、Smad2/3錶達的影響。方法:高糖高脂餵養4週後腹腔小劑量註射STZ建立DN模型,分為模型組、鹽痠貝那普利組、洋參禦唐汍高、低劑量組,另設正常對照組,給藥12週後,觀察洋參禦唐汍對DN大鼠腎髒病理和腎組織TGF-β1、Smad2/3的錶達。結果:洋參禦唐汍能明顯降低DN大鼠腎組織中TGF-β1、Smad2/3的錶達。結論:洋參禦唐汍可能通過降低DN大鼠腎組織TGF-β1、Smad2/3的錶達,減少ECM聚積而改善DN腎髒病理結構。
목적:관찰양삼어당환대당뇨병신병( DN)모형대서신조직TGF-β1、Smad2/3표체적영향。방법:고당고지위양4주후복강소제량주사STZ건립DN모형,분위모형조、염산패나보리조、양삼어당환고、저제량조,령설정상대조조,급약12주후,관찰양삼어당환대DN대서신장병리화신조직TGF-β1、Smad2/3적표체。결과:양삼어당환능명현강저DN대서신조직중TGF-β1、Smad2/3적표체。결론:양삼어당환가능통과강저DN대서신조직TGF-β1、Smad2/3적표체,감소ECM취적이개선DN신장병리결구。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Ginseng Imperial Sugar Pills and the expressions of TGF -β1 and Smad2/3 in the kidney of diabetic nephropathy ( DN) rats.Methods:After high sugar and high fat feeding for 4 weeks, Streptozotocin( STZ) was injected into the abdominal cavity in small dosage to establish DN models.Rats were divided into DN group, Benazepril Hydrochloride group, Ginseng Imperial Sugar Pills of high and low dose groups.Normal rats were used as normal control group.After administration for 12 weeks, observe the expressions of Ginseng Imperial Sugar Pills to DN rats of kidney pathology and TGF-β1,Smad2/3 in the kidney.Results:The expressions of TGF-β1 and Smad2/3 in the kidney were decreased by Ginseng Imperial Sugar Pills obviously.Conclusion:The effect of Ginseng Im-perial Sugar Pills on reducing ECM accumulation and improving DN kidney pathology is related to decreasing the expres-sions of TGF-β1 and Smad2/3 .
