目的:优化山茱萸连续超声逆流的提取工艺。方法:以提取物中干膏收率和马钱苷转移率为考察指标,采用山茱萸连续超声逆流提取工艺参数进行考察。结果:山茱萸连续超声逆流的提取工艺最佳条件是药材不需要粉碎,超声频率30kHz,80%乙醇,料液流量比1∶15。结论:优选连续超声逆流提取工艺操作简单、科学合理,适合工业化大生产。

목적:우화산수유련속초성역류적제취공예。방법:이제취물중간고수솔화마전감전이솔위고찰지표,채용산수유련속초성역류제취공예삼수진행고찰。결과:산수유련속초성역류적제취공예최가조건시약재불수요분쇄,초성빈솔30kHz,80%을순,료액류량비1∶15。결론:우선련속초성역류제취공예조작간단、과학합리,괄합공업화대생산。
Objective:To optimize the successive ultrasound countercurrent extraction from Cornus officinalis.Method:Take the rate of dry extract and transport rate of loganin as assessment index and use orthogonal test to optimize the suc-cessive ultrasound countercurrent extraction parameter of Cornus officinalis.Result: The optimum extraction condition was that herbs needn't be crushed Ultrasound frequency was 30kHz,and the solvent was 80%alcohol.The ratio of feed to solvent was 1∶15.Conclusion:The optimum extraction technology is reasonable and scientific, and it could be used for large scale production.
