目的：基于中医传承辅助系统软件，分析和总结中国期刊全文数据库（ CNKI）中以中医药治疗老年糖尿病的用药规律。方法：收集CNKI中运用中医药方剂治疗老年糖尿病的文献，筛选并建立方剂数据库，运用中医传承辅助系统软件挖掘其中的用药规律。结果：筛选治疗老年糖尿病方剂81首，涉及中药127种。方中益气养阴、补肾健脾药物使用频率最高，其次为活血化瘀药；出现频率最高的药对为黄芪－山药，占总方剂的46．9％。演化得到核心组合12个，新处方6首。结论：通过中医传承辅助系统对CNKI数据库筛选出的治疗老年糖尿病的方剂进行分析，得出组方以益气养阴、补肾健脾、活血化瘀为主，进而揭示组方规律，为临床治疗提供参考。
목적：기우중의전승보조계통연건，분석화총결중국기간전문수거고（ CNKI）중이중의약치료노년당뇨병적용약규률。방법：수집CNKI중운용중의약방제치료노년당뇨병적문헌，사선병건립방제수거고，운용중의전승보조계통연건알굴기중적용약규률。결과：사선치료노년당뇨병방제81수，섭급중약127충。방중익기양음、보신건비약물사용빈솔최고，기차위활혈화어약；출현빈솔최고적약대위황기－산약，점총방제적46．9％。연화득도핵심조합12개，신처방6수。결론：통과중의전승보조계통대CNKI수거고사선출적치료노년당뇨병적방제진행분석，득출조방이익기양음、보신건비、활혈화어위주，진이게시조방규률，위림상치료제공삼고。
Objective:To analyze and summarize medication rules for treating senile diabetes with Chinese medicine in CNKI based on the TCM inheritance auxiliary system.Methods:Collect documents in CNKI about treating senile diabe-tes with Chinese formula;filter and establish a formula database, and then search for medication rules on the TCM in-heritance auxiliary system.Results:It was filtered that 81 formulas were used for treating senile diabetes, screening for the treatment of senile diabetes and involving 127 kinds of Chinese medicine.The medicine of invigorating qi and yin, tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen were the most frequently used, following by the medicine of activating blood circulation;the medicine pair the most used was Astragalus mongholicus and Rhizoma dioscoreae, accounting for 46.9%of all formula.And then 12 core pairs and 6 new formulas were evolved.Conclusion:Analysis on formulas for treating senile diabetes filtered from CNKI by TCM inheritance auxiliary system shows that the prescriptions focus mainly on in-vigorating qi and yin, tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen, activating blood circulation, and then they reveal pre-scription rules, which can provide a reference for clinical treatment.
