目的:建立石菖蒲挥发油β-细辛醚、α-细辛醚和甲基丁香酚的GC-MS测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用法选择离子模式(SIM)检测,DB -1701毛细管色谱柱(60m ×0.25mm ×0.25μm),进样量1μL,分流比为5:1,载气为高纯氦气;电子轰击电离方式,能量70eV,倍增电压1070V ;选择m/z208为β-细辛醚和α-细辛醚的检测离子,m/z178为甲基丁香酚的检测离子。结果:β-细辛醚、α-细辛醚和甲基丁香酚分别在525~5250ng/mL,60~600ng/mL,50~500ng/mL呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率分别为105.5%,103.6%,101.8%。结论:所建立的方法灵敏度高,重现性好,可同时对β-细辛醚、α-细辛醚和甲基丁香酚的含量进行测定。

Objective:To develop a GC-MS method for determination ofβ-asarone,α-asarone and methyl eugenol in Acorus Tatarinowii Schott volatile oil.Methods:A GC-MS-SIM method was established.The column was DB-1701 capillary column (60 m ×0.25 mm ×0.25μm) .The sample volume was 1μL with a split ratio of 5:1 .The carrier gas was 99.99%high purity Helium.Ionization was performed in electron impact ionization (EI) mode at 70 eV.Selected ions were m/z 208 forβ-asarone,α-asarone and m/z 178 for methyl eugenol.Results:The linear range was 525~5250 ng/ml forβ-asarone, 60~600 ng/ml forα-asarone and 50~500 ng/ml for methyl eugenol.The average recov-eries ofβ-asarone,α-asarone and methyl eugenol were 105.5%, 103.6%and 101.8% respectively.Conclusion:This method is accurate and sensitive, and it can apply to simultaneously determine the concentrations of β-asarone,α-asarone and methyl eugenol in Acorus Tatarinowii Schott volatile oil .
