青年教师是民办高校师资队伍的主干力量。近年来上海市的民办教育事业发展迅速,但是青年教师流失的问题成为制约民办高校长远发展的重要因素。基于上海市某民办高校的个案调查发现,城市环境的影响、物质利益的冲突、个人发展的需求、校园文化的缺失是民办高校教师流失的主要原因。民办高校应努力建立和健全人才管理机制,给教师提供较好的物质待遇,为青年教师制定良好的个人发展计划,创立积极和谐的校园文化。

In recent years young teachers have gradually become the main force of the teaching staff in civilian colleges and universities.The past decade has witnessed the rapid growth of civilian universi-ties in Shanghai.However,the problem of brain drain has become the biggest obstacle of the sustain-able development of civilian universities.A case study of one of the civilian universities in Shanghai re-veals that such factors as the city environment,material gains,personal development and school cul-ture all affect the growth of young teachers.It is necessary for civilian universities to provide good de-veloping platforms,rich material supplement,scientific teacher management and harmonious school culture for the fast and healthy growth of young teachers.
