直接面对消费者(DTC)的基因检测是基因检测技术采取商业化模式运作的产物。当前对 DTC基因检测的管制应采行政监管为主导、行业自律为补充的模式，出台专门的基因检测立法则为未来发展的方向。具体而言，应重点对监管机构设置、行业准入条件、业务流程、权利保障和法律责任等进行规范。

Direct to consumer(DTC)genetic testing for consumers arises and develops as the result of commercialization of genetic testing technology.Governmental regulation should be adopted as the main approach to solve problems with self regulation of the industry as the supplement,and legislation is a future solution from the long run.Emphasis of regulation should be placed on such things as the qualification of testing agencies,designing of testing process,protection of relevant rights,and legal li-ability.
