针对石墨电极在直流电弧炉炼钢使用过程中的实际情况,结合实验及宏观表征现象,采用经典传热学公式,以逐步模拟的方法计算电极径向的温度分布,同时采用比对电流路径的方法研究路径差异对电流的影响,进而计算石墨电极内部螺纹连接部分由于电流密度的差异所导致的温度差异。
針對石墨電極在直流電弧爐煉鋼使用過程中的實際情況,結閤實驗及宏觀錶徵現象,採用經典傳熱學公式,以逐步模擬的方法計算電極徑嚮的溫度分佈,同時採用比對電流路徑的方法研究路徑差異對電流的影響,進而計算石墨電極內部螺紋連接部分由于電流密度的差異所導緻的溫度差異。

Based on the actural application situation of the graphite electrode in direct current electric arc furnace(DC EAF) steel-making process, combined with the experiment and macroscopic token phenomenon, the radial temperature distribution of electrode was achieved by step by step in simulation calculation using classical heat transfer formula. The influence of path difference on cur-rent was studied through the method of comparing current path. And then the temperature difference of graphite electrode internal screw thread connection part was calculated caused by the current density differences.
