以聚苯乙烯为基质材料、甲苯为溶剂,采用水滴模板法制备多孔膜.通过调节制膜液浓度、不同分子质量聚苯乙烯的质量比以及膜厚度制备出孔径大小分布均匀、有序的多孔结构膜材料;探讨了铸膜液浓度、聚苯乙烯质量比、膜厚度对多孔膜表面形貌的影响.结果显示:当溶液中聚合物质量分数为20%、不同分子质量聚苯乙烯的质量比(m200ku∶m35ku)为1∶2及膜厚度为400滋m时,可获得孔径大小介于0.8~2.8滋m之间的有序多孔结构的PS膜.
以聚苯乙烯為基質材料、甲苯為溶劑,採用水滴模闆法製備多孔膜.通過調節製膜液濃度、不同分子質量聚苯乙烯的質量比以及膜厚度製備齣孔徑大小分佈均勻、有序的多孔結構膜材料;探討瞭鑄膜液濃度、聚苯乙烯質量比、膜厚度對多孔膜錶麵形貌的影響.結果顯示:噹溶液中聚閤物質量分數為20%、不同分子質量聚苯乙烯的質量比(m200ku∶m35ku)為1∶2及膜厚度為400滋m時,可穫得孔徑大小介于0.8~2.8滋m之間的有序多孔結構的PS膜.

The ordered porous structures on polystyrene film were fabricated via a method of water droplet template. A solution prepared by dissolving a certain amount of polystyrene in toluene was coated on the glass substrates in order to obtain homogenous polystyrene films. By adjusting the solution concentration, mass ratio between PS (200 ku) and PS (35 ku) and film thickness, the uniformly distributed porous structure of the membrane material was prepared. The effects of above factors were studied. The results show that as the polymer solution concentration is 20%, the mass ratio between PS (200 ku) and PS (35 ku) is 1∶2 and the film thickness is 400μm, the ordered pore size on polystyrene film is in the range of 0.8-2.8μm.
