以江阴大桥的主梁钢箱梁为工程背景建立有限元模型,针对钢箱梁桥面板 U 肋与顶板连接处焊缝,研究了不同构造细节对局部疲劳应力的影响,提出了钢箱梁桥面板合理构造建议。分析表明:随着板厚的增加,焊缝位置的应力值依次降低;焊缝位置的应力幅值随着过焊孔半径的增大呈增长趋势;桥面铺装弹性模量及厚度的适当提高有助于降低焊缝处的应力幅,但泊松比对应力幅影响很小。建议考虑经济性条件下,桥面板取合理板厚,顶板与 U 肋连接处不设置过焊孔,桥面铺装采用弹性模量1400 MPa 以上的材料或增加桥面铺装厚度到70 mm左右。
以江陰大橋的主樑鋼箱樑為工程揹景建立有限元模型,針對鋼箱樑橋麵闆 U 肋與頂闆連接處銲縫,研究瞭不同構造細節對跼部疲勞應力的影響,提齣瞭鋼箱樑橋麵闆閤理構造建議。分析錶明:隨著闆厚的增加,銲縫位置的應力值依次降低;銲縫位置的應力幅值隨著過銲孔半徑的增大呈增長趨勢;橋麵鋪裝彈性模量及厚度的適噹提高有助于降低銲縫處的應力幅,但泊鬆比對應力幅影響很小。建議攷慮經濟性條件下,橋麵闆取閤理闆厚,頂闆與 U 肋連接處不設置過銲孔,橋麵鋪裝採用彈性模量1400 MPa 以上的材料或增加橋麵鋪裝厚度到70 mm左右。

The finite element model is established based on the steel box girder in Jiangyin Bridge,and the local fatigue stress is analyzed at the position of U rib to deck weld connections.The influ-ences of different construction details to fatigue stress are analyzed and reasonable suggestions for con-struction details are given.As a result,the stress value of the weld position reduces with the increases of the thickness;The stress amplitude at the position rises while the welding hole radius increases;The stress amplitude is obviously reducedwhen the elastic modulus and thickness of pavement increase,while the influence of the Poisson ratio is slight.Considering economy conditions,the reasonable thickness is suggested ;setting welding hole is not recommended;material with elastic modulus more than 1 400 MPa or increasing the pavement thickness to 70 mm are suggested.
