采用数值模拟的方法研究了突扩突缩管内的紊流及液‐固冲蚀过程。计算得到的管内流场特征与实验数据吻合较好,验证了所采用的湍流模型和计算方法的准确性。在流场模拟基础上,应用自定义函数(UDF )的方式修正了计算流体力学软件(Fluent )中的固有冲蚀模型,并重新模拟计算了突扩突缩管内的冲蚀过程。结果表明,修正后的冲蚀模型计算得到的冲蚀速率与实验数据吻合较好,较为准确地预报了管内冲蚀过程,可以用于管道及设备冲蚀的工程预报。

T he turbulent flow characteristics and liquid‐solid erosion process in the sudden expansion and contraction tube were studied by comparing numerical simulation with experimental data obtained from literatures . The calculated flow characteristics in the sudden expansion and contraction tube were consistent with experimental data , which verified the advanced models and calculating methods .On the basis , user defined function (UDF) was loaded to modify the default erosion model in Fluent solver and recalculate the erosion process .The results confirmed that the erosion rate calculated with advanced erosion model was in reasonable agreement with experimental data .An accurate prediction during the erosion process in the tube could be obtained by the advanced erosion model , w hich can be used for the engineering prediction of pipeline and equipment .
