基于原油蒸馏过程的操作条件,分析了在不同处理阶段原油中无机氯化物及有机氯化物的存在形态。参考了文献中有关原油及馏分油中氯化物的浓度数据,在假设水蒸气及氯化物水解相关产物浓度的情况下,对原油蒸馏过程中无机氯化物及有机氯化物的水解反应进行了热力学分析,并判断了无机氯化物及有机氯化物发生水解的可能性,最终得到了原油蒸馏过程中不同加工阶段腐蚀性组分 HCl的主要来源,可为原油蒸馏过程中氯化物转移和转化规律的探索及氯化物危害的防治提供指导。
基于原油蒸餾過程的操作條件,分析瞭在不同處理階段原油中無機氯化物及有機氯化物的存在形態。參攷瞭文獻中有關原油及餾分油中氯化物的濃度數據,在假設水蒸氣及氯化物水解相關產物濃度的情況下,對原油蒸餾過程中無機氯化物及有機氯化物的水解反應進行瞭熱力學分析,併判斷瞭無機氯化物及有機氯化物髮生水解的可能性,最終得到瞭原油蒸餾過程中不同加工階段腐蝕性組分 HCl的主要來源,可為原油蒸餾過程中氯化物轉移和轉化規律的探索及氯化物危害的防治提供指導。

T he existing forms of inorganic and organic chlorides in crude oil during the different stages of crude oil distillation process were investigated based on the operation conditions of crude oil distillation process . Referred to the chlorides concentration data in relative crude oil and distillates , the thermodynamic analysis on hydrolysis of inorganic and organic chlorides in the distillation process of crude oil were completed . On the specified concentration of steam and products of chloride hydrolysis , the hydrolytic possibility of inorganic and organic chlorides in crude oil was estimated . Furthermore , the origin of the corrosive components‐‐‐HCl in the distillation process of crude oil was revealed ,which could provide guidance to the study of transfer and conversion of chlorides and the prevention hazard from HCl in crude oil distillation process .
